WH400DUO BURNER PLATFORM

The burner platform WH400 has been designed to cover the applications from 30 to 65 ton/h.

It is suitable for many applications including, water boilers, steam boiler and oil thermo heaters.

NOx emissions are top in its class and can be pushed down to <30 mg/m³ to meet the new chinese requirements thanks the use of FGR.

The manteinance is made easy thanks to the innovative and easy head removal system, which allows one single person to extract it without big efforts.

Description

WH400 Burner platform is designed to cover that slice of market where high powers are requested. The burner size is dimensioned to cover 65 ton/h when working without FGR, and 40 ton/h when working with FGR to achieve 30 mg/m³ of NOx.

The combustion head of these burners has been designed by expert combustion engineers, with their big experience on the field. The combustion head has been newly designed taking into account the best state of the art concepts to guarantee a safe and stable ultra low NOx combustion.

The digital controller  provides electronic modulation, precise adjustment of servo motor, diagnosis of operation and fault information, mantaining an absolute and high level safety of the combustion process.

The burner has been designed to be fully customizable according the installation requirements, air and gas inlet direction can be rotated to better suit the plant, head lenght can be modified to match the combustion chamber at the best.
