WH-DUO HOT AIR PLATFORM

The burner platform WH-DUO HT platoforms have been design to work with hot air up to 250°C, to fit most of applications where an air pre-heater is present.

It is suitable for many applications including, water boilers, steam boiler and oil thermo heaters.

Special protection features have been designed to avoid operators to get hurted and burnt by the hot temperatures of the burner surfaces.

The main electronic components are kept cool by the usage of a pressurized air distributor.

NOx emissions are top in its class and can be pushed down to meet the new chinese requirements thanks the use of FGR.

Description

WH Burners HOT AIR platforms are designed to cover those application where the energy efficiency is increased by the usage of an air preheater. These gun type burners are meeting different power demands from 1 to 12 ton/h. The right burner size is defined by our pre-sales engineers according air temperature and plant requirements.

The combustion head of these burners has been designed by expert combustion engineers, with their big experience on the field. The combustion head has been newly designed taking into account the best state of the art concepts to guarantee a safe and stable ultra low NOx combustion.

The digital controller  provides electronic modulation, precise adjustment of servo motor, diagnosis of operation and fault information, mantaining an absolute and high level safety of the combustion process.
